Family Sessions are ideal for those who want a true custom portrait experience. With a mix of traditionally posed and relaxed candid shots, together we will create a gallery full of variety showcasing the connection of your family.
Extended family sessions are for groups of 9 or more. This may be family or friends traveling together. During these sessions we focus on different combinations of the group as a whole, as well as individual family portraits.
Petite sessions are intended for immediate family only (your spouse and children) These sessions are a simple and quick way to update your family photo year after year.

Probably the most commonly asked question! Some of my best tips include...
1. Choose a color palette and coordinate. We want colors to complement each other, not match.
2. Be Comfortable. While I do believe it is nice to elevate your outfits for photos, if you are uncomfortable in your clothes it will likely show through in the photos. Comfort = confidence
3. Avoid bright colors or logos. Generally speaking colors that are louder by nature or have large logos distract from the subject, which is your beautiful family!

Every session is booked with a rain date, usually the following day. This helps to ensure our plans go off without a hitch. In the event of bad weather for the week or circumstances outside of our control you are able to use your booking retainer as a credit towards a future session for 18 months.
All sessions are held during Golden Hour on the beach, this is about one hour before sunset. In the summer time most sessions start at 7pm.
